Not much changing from the rules last year, so this will look familiar.. 

Please remember that pool rules have been changed.  You may access a copy under "Documents" above.  Unfortunately, 14 year old children will no longer be allowed at the pool unaccompanied.  If they are caught at the pool twice without someone at least 16 years old, they will be banned for the rest of the season. The minimum age to be at the pool without an adult is 16.  Residents 18 and under may only have 2 guests at a time.  Smokers at the pool will be required to show proof of age.  Underage smoking or drinking is a violation of the rules.  If someone is caught smoking or drinking alcohol and not of age, they will be asked to leave and will be banned for one month. A second violation will result in being banned for the season. 

Also, please report any disturbances or problems from the pool via email at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .  This is the best way for us to receive the information.  Include the time and date and what the disturbance is.  If you know names, etc. please include that as well.  Everything will be confidential.  We are counting on you to help us keep our community nice.  Don't forget that if there is a crime being committed to immediately call 911 to report.

Please be mindful of people trailing you into the pool. There is nothing wrong with asking them to see their key. Also, people should not open the gate for anyone that comes up. If they are in good standing they will have their own key.
