2012 Homeowners Meeting
2012 Homeowners Meeting is scheduled for June 9, 2012 at 10am. Current homeowners in goodstanding are encouraged to attend.  We will be discussing the current state of the neighborhood, ongoing projects, issues and concerns, and electing a new Vice President and Treasurer.
 
The Recreation Area

We have worked hard around the pool area to make it a place where we can all go and spend some time away from the house with the family and friends.  Loud music, roughhousing and unsupervised children disturb others.  Please be respectful of your neighbors and allow everyone to enjoy the area.  Thank you. Pool Keys

Pool keys are available to HOA members whose account are current and paid in full.  Please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for dates and times the keys will be distributed.

You must return your key from last year or pay a $10.00 replacement fee.  Keys are non-transferrable.

 Next pickup date is Monday, May 20th 6:30 - 7 pm at the pavilion
